1tsp white sugar
180 ml (120 + 60) milk
75g butter
1 egg
50g brown sugar
380g g high grade flour
40g plain flour
1tsp vanilla paste
1 Tbsp dry yeast
1 Tbsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp cinnamon
150g raisins/sultanas
1 tsp salt
60 ml water
