The Boise Housing Market appears to be finally stablized! Inventory is down, pendings are up, as are solds. The equity bleeding appears to finally have come to an end for Boise Real Estate? However, will it stay that way as the US faces new challenges? Will recent bank runs, the Federal Funds Rate, and a possible loss of being the World's primary reserve currency ruin the Boise Idaho Real Estate Market as we know it? Is the US in trouble?

As far as Real Estate, Mortgage Interest Rates in the US have been coming down due to a drop in Inflation and the Treasure Valley Real Estate Market has been on the rise, as Buyer’s return to Boise Idaho Real Estate. Mortgage application are also up across the US, regardless of where Interest Rates were, or could go.
