The first time I did this I just about didn't make it to the door. This high intensity - fast as you can go 1 minute cardio run dropped my blood sugar reading from 17.1 to 12.1 in just 5 days. After water fasting my blood sugar levels were down to 10.3. Some say a walk is good for those suffering from diabetes or hyperglycaemia, however I advocate adding a short burst high intensity cardio run to your exercise regimen. Once per day along with other exercises including calisthenics is a good aid in strengthening your muscles, bones, and cardiovascular system.
