⭐⭐ Welcome to Arms and Shoulder Day in my Summer Yoga Flow series! Today, we'll be focusing on building strength and mobility in your arms and shoulders, which will help you feel strong and confident for all your summer activities.

In this class, we'll start with a gentle warm-up to prepare your upper body for movement, then move into a series of poses and exercises that will help you build strength and flexibility in your arms and shoulders. We'll work on toning the biceps, triceps, and shoulders, as well as improving overall posture and alignment.

By the end of this class, you'll feel stronger and more confident in your upper body, with greater mobility and flexibility. So, grab your mat and let's get started!
