Today we are going over the sad sad story of how I blew up my engine on the dyno last year while getting my turbo carbureted ls ready to head across the country to the No Name Nationals. My carbureted turbo ls was a victim of failed valve train hardware and had to be redone not once, but twice. In order to prevent things like this from happening we will be installing this set of rocker pedestals by PRW Industries into my turbo LS along with the trunion upgraded rocker arms themselves. Engine valve train is one of those things that does not get too much attention because after the engine is put back together, you can't really see or feel the performance gained. After seeing first hand how dangerous worn out valve train can be, I am here to warn you all to be careful yourselves when putting together your own engines at home.
