Jesse Walker has been on staff at _Reason_ magazine for over 20 years. He also worked for _Liberty_ magazine. He has written two books during his career. _Rebels on the Air_ is about pirate radio. _The United States of Paranoia_ is a history of conspiracy theories. Jesse is also a movie buff and worked in radio in college. He is "the most colorful libertarian I know."
