⭐⭐ Welcome to Stretch Day in my Summer Yoga Flow series! Today, we'll be focusing on stretching and releasing tension in your lower body, with some upper body stretches thrown in for good measure.
In this class, we'll start with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body for stretching, then move into a series of poses and exercises that will help you release tension and improve flexibility. We'll focus on stretching the hamstrings, hips, quads, and calves, as well as the shoulders and neck.
By the end of this class, you'll feel more relaxed and open in your body, with greater mobility and flexibility. So, grab your mat and let's get started!
