JOB'S CURSE of Self-Righteousness - Job 32:1

Why was there so much tragedy and misery in Job's life? He justified himself. He was self-righteous. Jesus came to give us a new kind of righteouenss, His righteousness. The only righteousnes that works is His. His righteousness is received by faith.

When you accept Jesus as your Lord, He gives you His own righteouenss as a gift. When you are made righteous by God's grace you enter into a life of protection, blessing and provision.

Job finally stopped justifying himself. When he repented of his self-justification he was doubly blessed. The same gift of righteousness is available to you through Jesus Christ.
