Before Lucas would join Faze Clan.
Before he would Relocated to Austria and then back to the US.
Before he hit 1 million subscribers on YouTube.

Lucas was born on August 19th 1996. He was born in Vienna, Austria. His mother Hemma and his Father Kristof were both born and raised in Austria. When he was just three months old his family moved out to California where Faze remained until moving back to Austria for a year! While in Austria he developed a passion for YouTube and was inspired by Faze Clan. Upon his return it was his main focus. After joining different teams he was invited to FaZe’s Reserve team, the Red Reserve, and was later asked to join Faze. Shortly thereafter he was faced with a touch choice--Move out to the Faze House and Pursue YouTube or Stay in California for College.

Hey Everyone, I'm Azzy and welcome to Before they were famous, documenting the life of Lucas “Faze Blaziken” before his fame.

When he was three months old, his father got a job opportunity in California and his family moved to mountainview, California. After a short while his family relocated to Palo Alto. During his early years he went to school at a german international school. He felt that his family wanted to preserve the german-austrian culture they were raised in. As a result, he would speak German at home and at school. He stated that he owes his proficiency with the german language to his parents.

What separates Lucas from some of the other members in Faze is he wasn’t always into videogames. In fact, one of his earlier passions was soccer. He would play for countless hours and his goal was to one day turn pro.

Lucas’ first major change came when he switched schools in 8th grade. Switching from a German International school to a regular american school definitely brought him out of his comfort zone. He said it was hard making friends during that time because his classmates had already known each other and he was more of a loner. When preparing for high school Lucas applied to St. Francis in Mountainview. He said that prior to high school, he alway saw himself as sheltered. He said some of his fellow classmates were a little too crazy for him.
