U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee’s Subcommittee on Western Hemisphere, Transnational Crime, Civilian Security, Democracy, Human Rights and Global Women’s Issues, chaired a nominations hearing to consider the four pending nominations of U.S. ambassadors to Haiti, Guyana, Mexico and Nicaragua.
