Hi Everyone,
The short snack videos in this channel were designed with the intention of promoting rest to the restless mind in a troubled world. Simply incorporating a time during the day or an entire night time will quickly quiet and relax the mind.

I personally view one of the videos each evening an hour before sleep and dim the background light of the tv or laptop. I adjust the volume; and set the timer to a few hours to fall asleep or sometimes I just let the video run to the end. It is a healthy thing to give your mind something soothing to push back the constant exposures of a world filled with toxic messages and negativity. I would consider adding this to your regiment of holistic health care. You will find a diverse collection of therapeutic videos with sounds and images to promote a calm and balanced mind.
