Owl Tries to Grab Parrot Through Window

Info from Licensor: "After hearing a loud bang on a window, and looking to see what it was, we saw a large owl sitting on a tree branch staring at our Quaker parrot, Buddy, whose cage sits in front of that window. He tried a few more times, watching from the tree or telephone wires in between strikes. He left after about an hour of this, and we thought he was gone. About half an hour later, Buddy was screeching and flapping his wings and when I went to calm him down I saw the owl in the snow beneath the window just staring up at Buddy. I closed the shade and he left. He came back two more nights, not hitting as hard, but trying nonetheless, even though the shades were down earlier. We haven’t seen him since."
