Before Silento whipped and nae nae-d his way to number 3 on the billboard charts, starting the biggest dance craze of 2015 and touring the world

Ricky Hawk was passionate about music from a young age and started performing in a group when he was just 13. In high school he began performing on his own but wasn’t finding a whole lot of support from his family or school. Then one day he came up with a catchy hook and dance to go along with it, and knew he had struck gold.
