60g Mixed Salad Leaves
5 Baby Tomatoes - Quartered
½ Green Pepper - Diced
½ Yellow Pepper - Diced
½ Cup Cucumber - Diced
5 Tablespoons Tinned Sweetcorn
⅓ Cup Red Leicester Cheese
⅓ Cup Cheddar Cheese
4 Seekh Kebabs - Sliced
Mayonnaise as per taste
Extra Hot Chilli Sauce as per taste

Garnish

Handful of Croutons as per taste
⅓ Cup Crispy Fried Onions
