Rubio: Inaction On Zika Virus Is Inexcusable

In a Senate floor speech, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) continued to urge Congress to take action in combatting the Zika virus. He reiterated the need for federal funding in dealing with the issue while warning that the virus is a real threat to all Americans and must not be politicized.
