▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Insert 13 medium-sized eggs with 1 cooking wine, seasoned salt, a little bit of anchovy sauce (passable), and 200ml of anchovy broth and strain through a sieve.
2️⃣Apply sesame oil to the bottom of stainless steel, glass, and enamel containers
3️⃣Pour egg water and add chives, carrots (onions, mushrooms, etc.)
4️⃣Cover foil or plastic wrap and steam for 30 minutes over low heat when the steam rises on the steamer.
▶️Poke with chopsticks in the middle and if the egg water doesn't come out, it's done.
▶️Adjust the steaming time according to the number of eggs^^
5️⃣Cut it once it cools down
