▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Wash 60 to 70 perilla leaves
2️⃣Sauce: Mix 3 dark soy sauce, 1/2 chosun soy sauce, 6 anchovy stock (water), 1.5 red pepper powder, 1 minced garlic, 1~2 minced green onion, 1 sesame oil, 1 sesame seeds, 1/2 sugar
3️⃣Put two sesame leaves on top of each other and spread the seasoning into small portions.
4️⃣When the water boils in the steamer, close the lid and steam for 4-5 minutes
▶️For containers, use stainless steel, glass, etc., excluding plastic.
