To achieve a smoky eye makeup with double wing eyeliner, follow these steps:

Start by prepping your eyelids with an eye primer to help your eyeshadow stay in place.

Apply a light neutral eyeshadow all over your eyelids using a flat eyeshadow brush.

Next, apply a medium-toned eyeshadow in the crease of your eye using a blending brush, blending it well to create a gradient effect.

Apply a dark eyeshadow on the outer corners of your eyelids, blending it well into the crease using a smaller blending brush.

Using a black eyeliner, create a winged eyeliner on your upper lash line. Start from the inner corner of your eye and work your way outwards, making the line thicker as you move towards the outer corner of your eye. Repeat on the other eye.

Using a liquid eyeliner, create a second, smaller winged eyeliner just above the first one, following the same angle as the first winged liner.
