Dominion voting computers have two fatal flaws that permit vote theft. They use a hackable windows login account to access the SQL Server Database - a very insecure configuration. Also, the SQL Server Management Studio application improperly allows editing of database tables locally that could change votes. Neither should ever be used by voting computers.
