Have you ever wondered why are names of Huricanes changed so much?

Have you ever wondered why are names of Huricanes changed so much? So much that they have to change it every single time even if its the same hurricane actually? The explanation is baffling, to somehow "protect the sensibility of people" when in fact its more probable that the hurricane is the same in duration, intensity, destruction...because the same conditions create that hurricane to begin with and if the name would remain the same people will start to ask questions. Questions that would show HAARP weapons are or can be a main cause of those weather phenomena, or at least people would speculate more. If the Huricane has the same pattern (more or less), affects the same area, looks the same on the weather map, lasts the same, moves the same, then if it looks like a lion named lets say King then isnt it still King the second time he atacks the village? And wind is still even more impersonal than an animal. ITS THE SAME WIND actually!
Also its rather sexist that Hurricanes generally have femalike names and many names dont sound too american at all, for example Farrah is more like an Arabic name. Now, what does Arabia have to do with the Cyclones or Hurricanes in USA? There are different air fronts. Why female names? When its a hurricane. It could very well be called Si 2 (like the chemical elements) or have names of gasses like Helium Alpha or something like that which is more appropriate to air fronts. It seems the hurricanes have names after some probable Sylphs which are air elementals (in the magical thinking and esoteric traditions) which in this case is an obstacle to true study of these weather phenomena which the extremes are only caused by Humans. If a Hurricane would be called HAARPY (similar to HAARP) or Harpy (which is a predatory greek mythological creature) then it wouldnt be so nice because it might actually be closer to the truth as to why these Hurricanes "happen" the way they do.
