Dear reader,

I would like to introduce you to my dear friend Gary, a 61-year-old British man who has been living in Thailand since 2010.
Gary has been going through a very difficult time and I urge you to please empathize with his situation.

In 2019, Gary suffered two Ischemic strokes that left him with limited function down his left side, chronic shoulder pain, arthritis in his right hand, bladder problems, diabetes and depression, He also has problems with his left leg, and knees forcing him to use a wheelchair.
Gary needs two knee operations and wants to return home to get the medical help he needs to allow him to walk again.
Despite his disabilities, Gary was determined to return to work in the hope of getting better. However, his school recently told him that his contract would not be renewed for May 2023 after 11 years of loyal service.
As a result of his age, disability and health problems Gary cannot get another job in Thailand, and with the recent change in Thai labour laws, married foreigners can no longer work on a Non-Immigrant O, VISA. Before this in an attempt to remain legal, Gary was forced to travel to Laos to change his visa only to be told that he had been given the wrong paperwork, which cost him 21,000 baht, his tax rebate for the whole year. His current visa expires on May 15th, 2023, which means he will no longer be able to reside in Thailand and will be forced to return to the UK or risk being jailed until he finds the money for a flight home, then be deported for overstaying. Unfortunately, his health condition makes it unsafe for him to fly alone due to bowel problems caused by the strokes, and he must be accompanied on the flight.
This is documented by the hospital and can be shown to anyone that asks.

Gary loves his wife and 12-year-old daughter very much and does not want to be separated from them. He wants to bring his family to the UK with him so that his wife can continue being his full-time caregiver. He wants to apply on emergency grounds for a special visa for his wife and daughter, but cannot afford the lawyer's fees to fight the case for them.

Gary is not a person who likes to beg or borrow money, but he is now in a desperate situation. He has no funds, savings, or family who can assist him in the UK, and he will needs a full-time caregiver. This would cost a small fortune, and his wife wants to continue caring for him.

Please, I urge you to put yourself in Gary's shoes and empathize with his situation. He is respectfully asking for anyone who can spare a little to help him. He needs to raise 5000 UK Pounds to help pay for the Lawyers to arrange for his family’s travel arrangements and visas and flights. He will also need to rent wheelchair-friendly ground-floor accommodation once he returns to the UK.
