Chicken 500 gm
Salt - 2 tbsp
Green chili - 7-8
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Basmati rice: 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Wheat rawa (Dalia) - 4 tbsp

Beresta paste - 2 tbsp

Make dal paste:

Chana dal - 4 tbsp
Urad dal - 2 tbsp
Toor dal - 2 tbsp

Almond: 1 tbsp
Pista 1 tbsp

haleem masala:
-----------------------------
elaichi - 5 - 1gm
dalchini - 4-5 1 gm
Cloves 5
kebabchini - 1/2 tsp
shah jeera 1/2 tsp
White jeera - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp

Ghee 1/2 cup
oil - 1cup

Tips:

1.. Mashing is the key technique to get a good haleem.
keep mashing for every 2-3 min right after adding ingredients.
The more you mash, the more tasty and silky haleem will be made.
2. When you are making a special dish, Always make your own fresh masala to make the dish very tasty.
3. After adding the dal paste,the haleem becomes very thick.
So be careful while mixing it, because hot bubbles can splash
on your skin.
