The best keto recipes for weight loss: Salmon power bowl

🍵 Just because it's easy doesn't mean this won't be one of the best healthy meals you've ever had. This lineup is guaranteed to impress. This makes 2-4 servings depending on your own fitness goals.

Instructions:
1. Start with 1lb salmon. Cut into cubes. Drizzle with 1 tsp avocado or olive oil, add a couple pinched salt, ½ chile lime seasoning, ½ tsp garlic powder and ½ Cayenne pepper.

2. Pop salmon into the airfryer at 400F for 8 minutes. It'll cook much faster since it's cubed. You can also bake this in the oven if you prefer.

3. While the salmon is cooking, let's make the sauce and cut up the veggies. The sauce, grab a small food processor. Process together 4 tsp sour cream, 1 small shallot, 1 large handful cilantro, juice of 1 lime, a small pinch salt, and ½ chile lime seasoning. Process well, taste and adjust.

4. Then cut up your veggies and prepare your base. For the base use, 1 cup of cauli rice but you can use quinoa, any type of rice or go without if you prefer. You can also use half a small avocado, some cherry tomato, fresh cilantro, cucumber, sesame seeds and some chile lime seasoning in addition to the sauce.

5. When the salmon is done, add it to your base, then top it up with your toppings, sauce and enjoy.
