▶️Recipe (Lee Yeon-bok recipe) 2 servings
1️⃣Slice 200g of beef red bean curd
2️⃣Add shredded red beans, 1 potato starch, 2 spoons of egg water, and a little cooking oil and mix.
3️⃣2 green bell peppers, half red bell pepper (2 red peppers), 1/2 onion, 2 seeded green peppers, 2 shiitake mushrooms, shredded
4️⃣Add oil to a frying pan and heat it over medium heat, then stir-fry the red beans.
5️⃣When the meat is cooked, take it out into a separate bowl
6️⃣Add 2 red pepper oil, 2 meat oil (the oil from the meat stir-fried in step 5), and stir-fry until you lose your breath.
7️⃣Add 1/2 soy sauce, 1~2 oyster sauce, and stir-fry the meat and it's done.
▶️If you have a lot of vegetables, add oyster sauce^^
