The Bush Family have been business associates with the Bin Laden family since the mid 1970's.

The Saudi Royal family wanted the Russians out of Afghanistan in 1979 so they consulted with the wealthy Bin Laden family who set up the "Mujahideen" and put their young 21 year old son Osama Bin Laden in charge.
