@JohnnyVedmore is denied access to the foyer of the BBC Wales studios in Cardiff City Centre. He then has a little look around Central Police Station and eventually interview Stephen Dan Russell, a busker and gentleman, about his musical journey, style and musical tastes.

The audit of Cardiff Central is the second time Johnny has tested their responses. Although they appear to allow people to record the police station itself, the police officers who respond from this police station are seemingly the most likely to break the rights of the public they're meant to serve. This audit was recorded on the same day as the audit of the homeless man dying on the street which was released prior to this video. Almost all the police officers who reacted badly there are stationed at this police station.
