We’re going to do another pasta dish today, but it’s really different.

It’s called Assassin’s Spaghetti or Spaghetti all Assassina.

And it’s one killer of a pasta dish.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:

A couple of cups of extra virgin olive oil
8 cloves of fresh finely chopped garlic
28 ounces of peeled tomatoes or tomato puree
28 ounces of chicken stock or water
2 tablespoons red chili flake, or your favorite pepper adjusted to taste
1 pound of spaghetti or your favorite long pasta
1 tablespoon of kosher salt
1 tablespoon of cane sugar
grated pecorino romano cheese
and some fresh basil finely chopped
