HIIT Workout Routine:

Warm-up: 5 minutes of light cardio
Circuit 1: 30 sec exercise, 10 sec rest, repeat 3 times
Burpees, Mountain climbers, Jump squats, High knees
Circuit 2: 30 sec exercise, 10 sec rest, repeat 3 times
Push-ups, Plank, Lunges, Jumping jacks
Cool-down: 5 minutes of light cardio
Meal Plan:

Breakfast: Whole-grain toast with peanut butter, small banana, green tea
Snack: Apple, hard-boiled egg
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast with mixed vegetables and brown rice, small orange
Snack: Low-fat cottage cheese with mixed berries
