Liberals use Mass Casualty Report to justify their agenda

If the wording used in the Mass Casualty Commission report seemed eerily similar to the Liberals 'Hunting Gun Ban' amendments G4 & G46 (recently tossed out of Bill C-21), it's because they were. They were almost word-for-word the same.
