Registrations per Address, back end data workflow

All the Michigan APT-LOT data we are compiling will be used to FLAG all non-standard address registrations in our voter rolls. Our local Jurisdiction clerks will use this feedback to stop the injection of fake APT-LOT addresses from outside sources. This is a major way we will clean up the voter rolls AND keep them clean!
