Spicy Italian Sausage and Rice | Zesty, Easy, and So Delicious!

Today the menu is for a spicy dish that isn’t a quick recipe, but it’s so tasty and zesty.

Do as much prep work as possible, before starting to bring the ingredients together. It makes the workflow go so much easier.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to feed four to six adults:
1 pound hot Italian sausage
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
kosher salt
coarse black pepper
2 medium size red onions
1 large red bell pepper
3~4 cloves of fresh garlic
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 cup of long-grain white rice
1/2 cup of dry white wine
2 cups chicken stock or broth
some crushed red pepper flake (if you really like it zesty
6 green onions
2 medium tomatoes
