15 MIN DANCE WORKOUT Bollywood For Beginners Standing Cardio No Equipment | Meinhaj Hussain
This is beginner friendly. No equipment is needed.
Research indicates that longer and healthier lives correlate with:
1) Cardio
2) Strength training
3) Dexterity and functional strength
