I made this clip straight from Consumer Reports showcasing which household spices, at this time, by brand, have been reported to have dangerous levels of toxic heavy metals. Green check means it's good to consume, red checks mean it's toxic. The more red checks the more severe the toxicity. Small kids have a magnified effect of toxicity so they shouldn't consume anything with a red check.
