Mother calls out Board of Supervisors for ignoring Child Kidnapping

Mother calls out the Santa Cruz, CA Board of Supervisors for ignoring letters from their constituents asking for accountability for Police Brutality by the Santa Cruz Police Department who violently kidnapped her 13 year old daughter and facilitated the kidnapping of two other children in the same neighborhood.
