Douglass Mackey got convicted of posting memes on the internet, as if a meme can constitute a conspiracy to deprive people of their right to vote. The assault on the 1st Amendment doesn't get more blatant than this. The fact that Democrats who posted similar things are not being charged tells us all we need to know about the two tiers that exist in our justice system. Our march towards a great National Divorce--at best--continues. The US dollar's status as the world's reserve currency took a big hit, and the loss of that status would cause an economic disaster in the US. Disney pulled a fast one on the dissolution of the Reedy Creek Improvement District, giving themselves essentially complete autonomy from the government. We'll see if that flies.
