Here is How to do Single Arm Band Side Raise
In this 2 Minute Tutorial I break down exercise is good for helping develop your lateral deltoids, which can give the appearance of the V Taper. There's a very popular exercise among bodybuilders, although a cable or dumbbell variation of this is likely more popular. Using a band gives you a different activation of the muscles as they have to work harder as you go through the range of motion. I'm a big fan of this exercise as it can help develop some bolder shoulder.
