Lance in the 25 meter freestyle

My son Lance was in today's [April 2, 2023] Special Olympic swim meet the first one at the Pattonville High school in Maryland Heights, Mo.
He won 2 gold medals in his events.
But ALL these "kids" are winners in my book.
And yes they did begin with the National Anthem

And every parent, family member & friend of these "kids" were proud of them for just being there and working so hard in their event/s.

All these "kids" show what real courage is everyday
