Brewing Up a Sour Beer: A Look into the Brewery Process

A day at the Brewery, from Milling to Mashing, sparging to souring. We had an opportunity to spend the day with the Brewmaster at BattleRiver Brewing, The Beer, a sour ale, which is a multi day brew. We headed out to the brewery early in the AM, and spent the day with the crew.
