Apparently the ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) has gone to hell in a handbasket. There was a time they would have stood against this sort of thing, and now they are embracing it. Once upon a time, Minnesota's predominant faith was Lutheran because of all of the Norwegian and otherwise Viking ancestry who immigrated there from Scandinavian countries.
