Very nervous Romanian rescue dogs find their confidence

This is a long video made for these pups' owner so she can see just how much these two have blossomed into brave young warriors.. Romanian rescue puppies, both were EXTREMELY nervous of me when we first met, now look at them, we're all best buddies now.. Amazing transition in less than 3 weeks... The trick here was going slow, taking things at their pace but finding the right moment to take them just outside of their comfort zone so they can progressively learn that there's nothing to fear. My first walk with Domino was small, just around the block with my dog Ozzy and a dog Domino knows very well, little Willow and he was very nervous, only reason he walked at all was because he took some comfort from the other dogs. When we got back he wouldn't go anywhere near me, and Nando was just the same, absolutely terrified of me at first meet, but again, we started small, we started with a walk with his owner joining us to ease Nando in to a bigger walk, this video then shows our first walk without their owner joining us and just look at how much they have come out of their shells, from being terrified of me to coming to me for fuss... It's so rewarding seeing their development happen so quickly! It's good to know they are enjoying their walks more, being less afraid, and they aren't as spooked by people.. Much less stressful for them after such a stressful start in life.
