Last month I released my new single “Tom Cruise”.

The song is very slow-paced & I knew that when I put it out, it’d have a very mixed response due to the repetitive nature of the production + the dead-pan delivery I was putting over it. But I wrote the song in that way to intensionally emphasize the lyrics & blah-blah-de-blah.

I really enjoyed writing this one, the whole “women want me cause I’m hot” thing cracks me up every-time — mainly because it’s such a ridiculous thing to say, but sometimes a mf really feels that way even though their butt-ugly.

I feel great when I am creating. I love working with my peers & putting together things that can help project the talents from our city onto this platform. & so far, I’ve been extremely blessed to have worked with as many talented people as I have.

I hope that through these live-take sessions, I’m able to show off some of my own talents & have some fun as well.
