Friday night stream! A MANSION tax? Some exciting news, join me!

Good evening!

Because I was finally able to get enough followers, I was able to stream on Rumble for the first time. What a wonderful experience! Crazy how many views I had vs a traditional YouTube stream. Not sure what I ever did to YouTube to earn the detention I am in, but I keep going.

We had a great show tonight. We talked about real estate agent etiquette, a mansion tax in Los Angeles, and the modern real estate brokerage model. Sprinkle in some tweets, some observations, and it was a good time.
