INGREDIENTS:
-1-3 measuring cups (not packed) of arugula
-colorful berries of your choice
-low sugar Kombucha or even a carbonated beverage like a La Croix for the carbonation effect.
-various fiber sources: acacia fiber, or other, spirulina, various algaes, wheat grass powder, could use literally any kind of fiber that adds benefit to your specific situation, like various ground seaweeds, or other.
-kefir or other ferment with similar viscosity, perhaps homemade or store-bought probiotic yogurts.
-banana added for further microbiome food, thickener, sweetener, some natural carbs and fiber-bound sugars.
-sometimes i add a tbsp of alive oil or coconut oil
-sometimes i add a tsp of anise seed for more bitters
***get creative, do what works for you! Use the arugula!
