Crammy Enoki Mushroom

▶️Recipe
1️⃣ Wash (optional) enoki mushrooms (1 bag and a half) and chop them into small pieces
2️⃣Chop the crackers (8 pieces) into small pieces
3️⃣In a large bowl, knead carrots, green onions, Cheongyang peppers, enoki mushrooms, crammi, 2 pancake mixes, 4 eggs, and salt and pepper.
4️⃣Bake over medium heat
