In the middle of Zelensky’s address to the Austrian legislature, a large group of parliamentarians just got up and left.

It’s a sign of how people have moved on from the war in Ukraine, and would have been unthinkable a few months ago.

The remaining grains of sand are circling in the hourglass’s vortex. The window to negotiate in Ukraine’s favour will soon be closed.
