Jay and Kim Dunford, of the Dunford Ranch, have a solid business plan for their horse breeding program and providing quality horses to their clientele. They are proud of their horses raised in North Dakota and the quality of them as well. And they are grateful for all the exposure and publicity horses, in general, receive nationwide from shows like Dakota Cowboy and others. Kim Dunford tells Tisa a little about their program and explains her choices in stallions and mares, how she chooses them in relation to her preference, and relates that to her husband and young daughter. In this episode, Tisa Peek visits Jay and Kim Dunford at The Dunford Ranch.

Dale Meyers of Minot has been a District 5 trustee of The NDCHF for a few years. His collection of classic cars, motorcycles, artwork, historical artifacts, and more is very impressive. What Dale loves the most are the stories behind each item in his collection and how those stories bring people together. In his collection is a special Harley Davidson motorcycle that is a tribute to his friend Vietnam war veteran Richard William Rick Teagle, who passed away in 2020. We hope to continue Dale's story in the foreseeable future.

Bob Hansen was raised on the family ranch north of Dunn Center, North Dakota. Bob, along with his family, still operates the ranch. Bob enjoyed ranching with his parents, three brothers, and three sisters. Growing up in a ranch family, Bob had early exposure to rodeo. He competed in high school rodeos and earned a scholarship to Dickinson State College in football and rodeo. As a key member of both teams, Bob was often asked to compete at a football game on Saturday, then flown to the collegiate rodeo taking place. Bob Hansen is our NDCHF Hall of Honorees inductee of the week.
