Oceanside family starts nonprofit after losing 2-year-old to drowning

Four years ago, Katrina Blanc's 2-year-old daughter Kendall snuck out of sight to swim in their backyard pool. In a matter of minutes, she drowned. Last year, the Blanc family started a nonprofit called the Kendall Bug Mission to raise awareness around childhood drowning so other families don't go through the tragedy they endured.
