DC Homeless Stalkers

Even when you get off the streets you can't escape homeless stalkers. While I was homeless I discovered that rapist, murders, ex-military goons and anonymous members are everywhere. They communicate online, spreading lies and bs about people in order to stalk and harass their victims. The police do nothing.
