Exercise Routines for Different Fitness Levels | Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Workouts
In this video, I’m going to show you some exercise routines for different fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced exerciser, you can find a workout that suits your needs and goals. You will learn how to do exercises for your lower body, upper body, core, and cardio using minimal or no equipment. These exercises will help you improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall health and fitness. Follow along with me as I demonstrate each exercise and explain how to do it correctly and safely. You can do these exercises as a circuit, which means you do one exercise after another with little or no rest in between. Try to do three to five rounds of the circuit depending on your fitness level. Remember to always warm up before and cool down after your workout.
