Ingredients:
2 medium sized zucchinis, spiralized
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Half cup heavy cream
Half cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Salt, to taste parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

-
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium- high heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds
3. Add the spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet and cook until just tender, about 2-3 minutes.
4. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begin to simmer.
5. Add the crumbled feta cheese, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
6. Pour the feta cream sauce over the zucchini noodles and toss to coat
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve
